1. Agreement
By using the Site, joining the waitlist, or participating in the referral program, you agree to these Terms.
2. The waitlist
The waitlist allows you to register interest in early access.
Joining the waitlist:
- does not guarantee access
- does not guarantee timing of access
- does not guarantee features, pricing, or availability
- may be limited by geography, eligibility, capacity, or other factors
We may invite users in batches at our discretion, and we may pause or end the waitlist at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
4. No regulated advice
WORTH does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice through the Site or waitlist.
Any information provided is for general informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse or disrupt the Site
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
- use automated tools to submit entries or manipulate outcomes
- create fake accounts or multiple entries to gain advantages
- attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Site where prohibited
We may remove entries or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
6. Referral program
If we offer a referral program, the following applies.
6.1 How it works
We may provide you with a unique referral link or code. If someone joins the waitlist using your referral link, we may award a benefit such as improved queue position or access related perks.
Benefits are non-monetary unless we explicitly state otherwise.
6.2 No entitlement, no guarantee, and we can change it
The referral program is optional and may be modified, paused, or terminated at any time.
We do not guarantee:
- that referrals will always track correctly
- that any referral will qualify
- that any benefit will be available at a particular time
Our determination of referral eligibility and benefits is final, acting reasonably.
6.3 Your responsibilities when sharing referral links
You agree to:
- share referral links only with people you have permission to contact
- comply with applicable laws, including anti spam and platform rules
- not misrepresent WORTH or make promises on our behalf
- not claim you represent WORTH
6.4 Prohibited referral behaviour
You must not:
- spam or mass message in violation of law or platform rules
- self-refer, create duplicate emails, or use multiple identities
- manipulate tracking methods or attempt to generate false referrals
- offer payments or incentives to others to use your referral link unless we explicitly allow it
We may disqualify referrals and remove benefits where we reasonably suspect abuse.
6.5 Referral link liability (your protection clause)
You are responsible for how you share your referral link.
We are not responsible for:
- claims arising from your sharing activity
- disputes between you and third parties you contacted
- platform penalties resulting from your sharing activity
- missed referrals due to tracking limitations
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful sharing of referral links.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including branding and design, is owned by WORTH or licensed to WORTH. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit it without written permission.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and forms part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and waitlist are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability for claims arising out of the Site, waitlist, or referral program is limited to GBP 100
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site. The effective date will indicate the latest version.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
